“Hello, orders cannot be refunded after they have been shipped”
Our return policy allows returns unconditionally before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we will no longer accept return requests.
To initiate a return (before shipping), you can contact us at luanshuaige@outlook.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in the email.
If your return request (before shipping) is accepted, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
